American Smoker & Offset Smoker
Buying an American smoker means choosing the authentic, smoky barbecue flavor loved by true grill masters. This type of offset smoker uses indirect heat: the fire burns in a separate firebox while smoke and heat circulate through the cooking chamber. This slow-cooking process infuses the meat with a deep, rich smoky flavor.
These smokers are perfect for classics like brisket, spare ribs, and pulled pork. Thanks to precise temperature control, dishes can be smoked for hours without losing flavor or juiciness. How our Smoker work
A BBQ smoker works a bit differently than a ‘normal’ barbecue. With an offset smoker, the food is not grilled directly above the heat source. In our Oklahoma smokers, the fuel is in a separate chamber of the BBQ smoker. You build up the heat, and the warm smoke ensures the meat cooks slowly. This method of slow cooking makes the food tender and leaves a delicious smoky flavour. With different types of wood, you also get different smoke flavours in your food.
Small Or Large BBQ Smoker
We have various offset smokers in our range. We offer small BBQ smokers and large BBQ smokers. Do you choose one, two, three or four lids? With the one-lid BBQ smoker, you can smoke for about 80 guests per session. Not enough? Then choose the two-lid BBQ smoker with a capacity of about 200 guests per session, the three-lid BBQ smoker with a capacity of about 300 guests per session, or the largest BBQ smoker in our range. The four-lid BBQ smoker has a capacity of about 450 guests per session!

Can I rent from Multiwagon?
Multiwagon does not offer rental options. However, Rollin’ Concepts may be of interest to our customers in the Netherlands, as they offer a variety of models for rent. For our customers in Germany and France, we currently do not have any rental options available.”
Can I finance at Multiwagon?
Financing is available for nearly all models.The financing options at Multiwagon vary by country. Typically, you’ll need to have an established business and provide a solid business plan. For most countries, your company must be registered for at least one year to qualify for financial leasing. Can I see the products in person?
You’re welcome to visit our Experience Centers in Holten (NL), Hannover (DE) or Cazères-sur-l’Adour (FR) where most of our products are on display, including fully equipped concepts. We recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure an advisor is available.
