Is there a warranty on the models?
Our models come with a one-year carry-in warranty. If a defect occurs within this period, you can bring the model to us, and we will repair the issue for you. The warranty only covers defects that occur under proper usage of the model.
Do you also offer repairs?

Can I rent from Multiwagon?
Multiwagon does not offer rental options. However, Rollin’ Concepts may be of interest to our customers in the Netherlands, as they offer a variety of models for rent. For our customers in all other countries, we currently do not have any rental options available.”

Financing is available for nearly all models. The financing options at Multiwagon vary by country. Typically, you’ll need to have an established business and provide a solid business plan. For a smooth application, we recommend that your company has been registered for at least 12 months; younger businesses can qualify too, but the requirements are stricter. Can I see the products in person?
You’re welcome to visit our Experience Centers in Holten (NL), Langenhagen (DE) or Cazères-sur-l’Adour (FR), or at our dealers in Vallåkra near Helsingborg (SE) and Esbjerg (DK), where most of our products are on display. We recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure an advisor is available.
