Most trailers come with a fixed electricity connection (220V or 440V). If you choose electric equipment, it will be connected to the power supply. For locations without electricity, you can opt for gas-powered equipment. Additionally, we offer water connections for sinks and other equipment, depending on your needs. We can advise you on the best solutions for both electricity and water based on your business operations.

We partner with top suppliers in the catering industry, allowing us to source almost any equipment you need, tailored to your concept. You can either purchase equipment directly from us or have it installed in your trailer.

Your Multiwagon can be customized with a wide range of equipment to suit your needs. We’ll help you design a practical layout, and our skilled craftsmen will handle the professional installation. If you prefer to purchase a model without equipment or install it yourself, that’s also an option.

We offer several payment methods:

• Bank transfer
  After accepting our quote, you will receive an invoice. You can then transfer the invoice amount.
• Financial Lease
  If you purchase a Multiwagon via Financial Lease, you will pay a fixed monthly amount to the leasing company over a set period.
• Debit card
  If you pick up your Multiwagon at our Experience Center in Holten or Langenhagen, you can also pay by debit card.

Our trailers come with a one-year carry-in warranty. This means that if there are any defects in the trailer, you can return your trailer within one year and these defects will be covered under the warranty. The warranty is valid as long as the equipment and models have been used in a normal way.

At Multiwagon, we offer comprehensive maintenance and support through our in-house workshop, equipped for regular maintenance, technical repairs, and custom modifications. Our dedicated service department is also available to assist with any questions or issues you may have, ensuring smooth operations for your Multiwagon. Our service department is always ready to support you with all your questions and problems.

In winter or during extended periods of non-use, make sure to thoroughly clean the trailer to prevent vermin. Drain the water from pipes, tanks, and drainpipes to avoid freezing and damage. Also, check tire pressure and remove the gas bottles for safety.

Germany: Food trailers must undergo a mandatory inspection (TÜV) every two years to ensure they are roadworthy and compliant with regulations. We recommend annual maintenance checks to keep your trailer in top shape.

Netherlands: Larger trailers (over 750 kg) require a periodic roadworthiness inspection. While not mandatory annually, regular checks are recommended to ensure your trailer remains in good working condition.

France: Larger trailers (over 750 kg) must undergo a contrôle technique every two years. We recommend regular checks for safety and maintenance to ensure your trailer stays in optimal condition.

The duration of an advisory meeting depends on the number of questions you have. Typically, it lasts around thirty minutes. If you also visit our Experience Center, the meeting might take a bit longer. We’ll enjoy a coffee together and give you a tour, allowing you to explore our full range of offerings.

Generally, you don’t need to prepare anything for an advisory meeting. However, it’s helpful to have your company details ready, as this allows us to easily provide a quote if needed.

Yes, we can deliver your Multiwagon to you. Delivery costs will vary depending on your location. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your Multiwagon for free at one of our Experience Centers.

All of our products are manufactured in Europe, meeting European standards and offering great quality. Additionally, your equipment will be installed in-house at our workshop in the Netherlands. From there, our skilled mechanics ensure you receive the perfect food truck, fully equipped to meet your needs.

Multiwagon does not offer rental options. However, Rollin’ Concepts may be of interest to our customers in the Netherlands, as they offer a variety of models for rent. For our customers in Germany and France, we currently do not have any rental options available.”
