Tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing the complete personnel administration in Nmbrs, including setting up and improving HR workflows and processes.
- Preparing, managing and processing employment contracts, addenda and HR documentation.
- Monitoring and safeguarding HR processes, legislation, regulations and other agreements.
- Supporting international HR-related matters.
- Ensuring the correct processing of leave, sickness, changes and personnel files.
- Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Recruiting and selecting new colleagues and guiding the recruitment process.
- Reviewing and managing job profiles and vacancy texts.
- Advising management and team leads on HR-related matters.
- Coordinating performance and appraisal meetings.
- Identifying, organising and coordinating training and development needs.
- Contributing to HR policies, processes and the further growth of the organisation.
- Acting as a confidential advisor and point of contact for employees.
You profile:
- Has at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a broad HR role.
- Is able to work independently and takes ownership.
- Enjoys a dynamic environment where no day is the same.
- Has experience with HR administration and digital systems (experience with Nmbrs is a plus).
- Has strong communication skills and easily connects with colleagues at different levels.
- Works accurately, proactively and solution-oriented.
- Handles confidential information with discretion.
- Is entrepreneurial, recognises opportunities and focuses on solutions.
What we offer:
- Salary between €3,100 and €3,850 gross per month based on full-time employment.
- Company laptop.
- Flexible working hours between 07:00 and 18:00.
- 25 holiday days per year (extendable to 27).
