In 1996, Anadolu opened its doors in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. Under the leadership of owner Orhan Yildirim, the family business grew into a well-known meeting place for young and old. Today, a new generation is taking the next step. Son and co-owner Deniz Yildirim is continuing the family legacy with a renewed interior and ambitious plans for the future. A key part of this growth is the launch of their own foodtruck. This allows Anadolu to keep the restaurant running while reaching new customers at events and locations.

After 3.5 years of working with an older foodtruck, Anadolu saw the potential of the mobile concept and decided it was time for the next step: a professional trailer that matched their quality and brand. Thanks to a smooth process, Anadolu was able to pick up their new Streamline Trailer within just one month. With their new mobile concept, Anadolu is ready for the future: reaching more customers, exploring new locations and creating even more memorable moments.
