Who we are

Multiwagon is a European market leader specializing in the development and delivery of mobile concepts for a wide range of industries. Our portfolio includes food trailers, mobile bars, and a variety of catering solutions. We take pride in our innovative approach and are fully committed to delivering the best possible experience for our customers. Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who value teamwork and strive for shared success. And of course, celebrating those successes together—sometimes over a well-earned drink—is all part of the journey.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring an efficient and high-quality customer journey with regard to service.
  • Coordinating service requests and scheduling service work.
  • Efficient and targeted handling of service requests.
  • Actively advising customers on our after-sales offering (such as spare parts, accessories and upgrades) to optimise their experience and generate additional revenue.
  • Developing and rolling out an after-sales programme to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Drafting and proactively offering maintenance contracts (in collaboration with the sales department).
  • Setting up and establishing a new service network in Germany and France.
  • Maintaining close contact with suppliers for the handling of service tickets and the drafting of service agreements (together with the buyer).
  • Building and maintaining relationships with (new) customers and service partners abroad.
  • Managing the spare parts stock in collaboration with the purchaser.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to optimise service processes, and with the purchaser / product manager to improve quality.
  • Recording service activities and maintaining service-related documentation in our HubSpot Service software package.
  • Monitoring and managing KPIs: Customer Satisfaction (minimum 80%), Service Response Time (under 24 hours), Resolution Rate (minimum 90%), Cost Control and After-Sales Sales.
  • Weekly reporting to the Operations Manager on progress, bottlenecks and after-sales results.

You profile:

  • Communication skills: You have excellent communication skills and can communicate clearly and effectively. You ensure transparency in schedules and changes.
  • Commercial acumen (After-sales): You identify sales opportunities from a service perspective. You know how to advise customers on additional services and products, whilst always prioritising service and ensuring it never feels ‘pushy’.
  • Organisation and Planning: You have a strong ability to draw up schedules and organise logistics processes. You can quickly set priorities and maintain an overview.
  • Solution-oriented: You think proactively and act quickly to resolve issues that may hinder the progress of production or logistics.
  • Collaboration: You invest in collaboration with other departments (particularly sales and engineering) and create a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Analytical Insight: You possess strong analytical skills and can use data effectively to optimise processes and identify inefficiencies.
  • Customer-focused: You are a problem-solver, able to work under pressure, and have an absolute focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Minimum MBO level 4.
  • At least 3 years’ work experience in a coordinating role, preferably in a technical, after-sales or service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch; knowledge of German and English is an advantage.

  • Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 18:00 (by arrangement).
  • Mileage allowance and a company laptop.
