A Mexican food truck needs to be practical and instantly recognizable. The layout should be tailored to your dishes, your prep work, your serving process, and the way you serve your guests.
With a taco food truck, it’s often all about speed, organization, and having enough workspace. Ingredients need to be easily accessible, the serving process should run smoothly, and the exterior should reflect your brand.
That’s why we work with you to determine the right layout, equipment, storage space, workspace, power supply, and overall look.

A taco food truck is a strong concept if you want to serve food quickly, efficiently and in a way that creates a memorable experience. Tacos are ideal for a compact menu, yet offer plenty of scope for variety in fillings, toppings, sauces and presentation.
When designing a taco food truck, we look at how your dishes are prepared, assembled and served. This creates a practical layout in which refrigeration, preparation, workspace and serving flow logically together.
Appearance also plays an important role. With clear signage, appropriate colours and a recognisable menu, you make your taco food truck visible and attractive on site. This allows you to combine an efficient workflow with a food concept that is immediately clear to your guests.

A taco food truck starts with the menu. Do you work with tacos, stuffed dishes, toppings, sauces, or other items that need to be assembled quickly? Then a smart layout is essential.
The right layout helps you maintain an overview, work faster, and serve guests professionally. Think of workbenches, refrigerated storage, hot preparation stations, storage space, and a clear serving area.
During the consultation, we’ll translate your menu into a practical mobile kitchen.

Buying a Mexican food truck is a great option if you want to run your own mobile food service business on a long-term basis. You’ll be investing in a food truck that aligns with your brand, menu, and business plans.
Upon purchase, you become the owner of the food truck and can customize it to fit your workflow. Consider the layout, equipment, storage space, service area, and exterior appearance.
Buying is a good fit for entrepreneurs who want to use their Mexican food concept for the long term. For example, at events, fixed locations, festivals, or as an extension of an existing food service business.

Leasing a Mexican food truck can be a good option if you want to launch your own mobile food business without having to pay the full purchase price upfront. With a finance lease, you pay a fixed monthly amount for your mobile food business.
Leasing allows you to invest in a professional food truck whilst spreading the costs over a longer period. The monthly cost depends on the chosen model, the specification, any optional extras and the lease terms.
A minimum of one year’s registration with the Chamber of Commerce is required for a finance lease. All calculations are indicative and subject to approval.

The right choice depends on your budget, growth plans and business approach. Do you want to become an owner straight away and invest in a food truck for the long term? Then buying is the obvious choice.
Do you want to spread the investment and work with fixed monthly payments? Then a finance lease could be a suitable option.
In both cases, we start from the same premise: a Mexican food truck that is practical, suits your menu and fits the image of your business.
The look and feel of your Mexican food truck is key to ensuring it stands out at your location. Through the use of colours, signage, a logo and decals, you can make your concept visible to passers-by and customers.
Together, we’ll explore how your brand identity can be applied to the food truck or food trailer. This ensures the exterior aligns with the menu, your brand and the experience you want to create.

A Mexican food truck must suit the way you work. That is why it is important to think in advance about equipment, electricity, water, refrigeration, storage and workspace.
Permits, site regulations, weight and transport can also influence your choice. These requirements vary by municipality, country and location.
Multiwagon helps you consider the practical aspects of your concept, so that you choose a food truck that suits your plans and usage situation.
