A currywurst food truck is a mobile kitchen and sales point in one. You use the vehicle to prepare, present and sell currywurst at locations where your customers are, such as events, markets, festivals, corporate parties or at an existing catering business.
At Multiwagon, you can choose a model that suits your way of working. Consider the available space, the number of staff, the required equipment, the layout inside the van and the exterior appearance.
Free expert advice
The right currywurst foodtruck depends on your menu, sales location and required capacity.
A compact trailer can be enough when you work with a limited menu. A larger Premium Trailer
or Kitchen Container is a better fit when you need extra space for preparation, storage,
cooling or multiple staff members.
| Situation | Suitable choice | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Starting with a compact currywurst concept | Kitchen Eco Trailer 220 | Compact mobile kitchen with several layout options |
| Need more workspace | Kitchen Eco Trailer 270 or 320 | More space for preparation, storage and serving |
| More professional brand presentation | Kitchen Premium Trailer 320 or 400 | More space and more options for branding |
| High capacity or fixed temporary location | Kitchen Premium Trailer 550 or Kitchen Container 10ft | Suitable when capacity and workspace are more important |
Always have the final choice checked against your equipment, power requirements, menu and
expected sales volume.

A currywurst food truck’s success depends on more than just the kitchen layout. The exterior, menu presentation and sales area also determine how clearly your concept comes across.
You can tailor the look and feel to your brand, for example with vehicle wrapping, colours, logos and menu boards. For a currywurst concept, a recognisable visual style can help to quickly make it clear what you’re selling. Think of a clear serving hatch, a legible menu, space for price information and a layout that allows customers to order and collect their food quickly.
The exact options vary by model. Therefore, check in advance which wrapping, signage and layout suit your chosen food truck or trailer.

The cost of a currywurst food truck depends on the model, dimensions, interior layout, equipment, branding and any additional options. Based on the available Multiwagon Kitchen models, the starting prices shown begin at €14,495 for the Kitchen Eco Trailer 220.
The final investment may be higher if you opt for additional equipment, customisation, wrapping or a larger trailer. Therefore, please use the starting prices as a guide and request a quote for an accurate price based on your currywurst concept.
Important: lease amounts and calculation examples are indicative, exclude VAT and are subject to approval.

Would you like to get started without having to pay the full investment upfront? Then a finance lease might be an option worth considering. At Multiwagon, lease options are available for many models. The terms and conditions may vary by country.
In practice, the focus is usually on your business, your business plan and the length of time your business has been operating. For financial leasing, the Multiwagon website states that your business must generally have been registered for at least one year.
A lease calculation provides a guide, but is not a definitive approval. The final monthly cost depends on the chosen model, the term, the deposit and approval.

Thank you for your interest. Please fill in your details below, and we will contact you as soon as possible about the possibilities.
Note: You must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce for at least one year.
