The story of Ilse Engberts

As a front and back office employee in sales, I support the account managers, keep an overview of the progress of orders, and ensure smooth communication with the customer. I really enjoy the combination of customer contact and organizational tasks. Here, I have the opportunity to expand my knowledge and achieve the best possible results together with my colleagues.

I grew into this position after my final internship at Multiwagon. During this internship, I had the chance to discover where my interests and strengths lie. This step therefore feels like a natural continuation of my learning process.

What I value so much about working at Multiwagon is the space to grow, learn, and continuously develop together. There is a culture in which every contribution is appreciated and supported, and we are always there for each other. This team spirit, combined with the informal moments with colleagues and the opportunity to keep developing myself, makes my work special every single day.

As a final-year intern at Multiwagon, I will be working on my final-year project over the next six months.
During this period, I will be developing an SEO tool that largely automates the process of keyword research and content creation.
The aim is to use AI to develop SEO content more intelligently and efficiently, thereby further strengthening the organic visibility of Multiwagon’s subdomains.
From my very first day, I have been warmly welcomed into the team. Multiwagon is a young organisation with great ambition, which creates an energetic working environment where growth and development are constantly being pursued.
I look forward to further developing myself over the coming period and applying my knowledge in practice, but also to making a real contribution to Multiwagon’s continued growth through my project.

As a pensioner, I was able to work at Rolling Concepts for a few days a week in the summer of 2024.

Transporting food trailers, tap and refrigerated trucks often takes me to places where there is a party atmosphere and people are having a good time.
I also get on well with my colleagues. As an older person, I feel truly accepted as part of the team.
It’s a young, dynamic team that doesn’t think in terms of problems but in terms of solutions. We work hard, but there’s also time for a chat and some fun.
In short, I’m happy with my “holiday job”.

The story of Maurice Haase

I am an Account Manager for the Netherlands and Belgium, and this role includes a wide range of tasks that fill my day. The most important thing is that we assist our customers in a helpful way and think along with them in their process, so they can ultimately put together a great concept.

What I enjoy most about my role is making my customers’ wishes and dreams come true. Every customer is different, and no one comes in for the same concept. We can realise many things based on the customer’s wishes. Going that extra mile is what drives me.

The atmosphere at Multiwagon is less formal than it may seem. Among colleagues, there is a friendly vibe where everyone is appreciated for who they are.

My name is Simon Lehnhoff and since 3 March 2025 I have been working as Account Manager DACH at Multiwagon. Before that, I worked in sales and product data management. In my short time here, I have already noticed how important team spirit is at Multiwagon. The mutual support and open collaboration make working here especially enjoyable. I look forward to taking our mobile concepts further and being successful together with my colleagues.

I work at Multiwagon as Financial Manager. The variety in my tasks ensures that no day is the same. Because of the speed and growth of the company, it remains a fun challenge to keep control over the numbers.

As Director and Co-owner of Multiwagon, I am proud to be part of a young, dynamic and hugely creative company with an informal and relaxed atmosphere. In my role, I am ultimately responsible for the entire organisation and the quality of our products and services.
My mission is to strengthen the long-term goals and growth of the organisation by formulating and implementing strategic, operational and commercial policies. I ensure that the organisation as a whole operates efficiently, in a structured and transparent manner, with a clear focus on both short-term and long-term strategy.
As the person with final responsibility, I manage the business operations with sharp strategic insight and an eye for detail, ensuring the efficient, streamlined execution of all processes with a view to optimal performance and sustainable growth.

As a first-year student on the Small Business Entrepreneurship course, I came here for an internship because the company seemed very interesting to me. I was particularly drawn to the enthusiastic and young team. Right from the start, I quickly felt at home within the company.
During my internship, I’m helping out with various tasks within the company. I also have plenty of time in my spare hours to work on my internship assignments for university. The atmosphere within the company is excellent: it’s always a friendly environment and I’m working with a great team who make me feel welcome.

As Account Manager for the Netherlands/Belgium, I am the first point of contact for new customers. What I enjoy most about my work is the personal contact with customers. I believe it is important to devote time and attention to the customer’s needs in order to be able to make the right offer.

I work as a mechanic at Multiwagon. We build food trailers according to the customer’s wishes. It is always a fun challenge to assemble the food trailers, because no trailer is the same. On top of that, my colleagues make the job even more enjoyable. There is always time for a joke, and there is a friendly atmosphere within the team.

The story of Leon Oosterkamp

I started at Multiwagon as an intern. I did a one-year internship in total, half a year in the marketing department and half a year in the sales department. I discovered that sales is really my thing, and now I am working as Account Manager Europe. The contact with customers and helping them is what I enjoy most about my role. We are a young team that loves to work hard, but we also know very well how to have fun.

Within Multiwagon, together with Kelly, I am responsible for designing and creating the decals for our trailers. Together, we make sure that each design is not only visually appealing but also perfectly matches the wishes of our customers. At Multiwagon, we create custom designs that fully meet the unique needs of each project. I believe in the power of good customer contact and always listen carefully to the wishes and ideas of our customers.

Through this process, we can develop designs that perfectly match the customer’s expectations. What makes it even more enjoyable is that we work in a young and energetic team where collaboration and creativity are key. We always pay attention to detail and strive to deliver the best result!

The story of Dilano van Rey

I work as an operations manager at Multiwagon. In this role, I am responsible for coordinating daily tasks in the workshop and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. In addition to day-to-day organisation, I am also involved in improving and optimising various processes. Good planning is very important: I set priorities, create clear schedules and assign tasks to achieve both short- and long-term goals.

The atmosphere at Multiwagon is great. We have a strong team in which everyone helps each other. From day one, I felt very welcome – thanks to the warm welcome and support from my colleagues. That made me feel right at home.

The story of Daan Nijhuis

My name is Daan Nijhuis and since September 2023 I have been working with great pleasure at Multiwagon as Account Manager Germany. After my studies in Entrepreneurship & Retail Management, I immediately started in this dynamic role, where I am responsible for sales in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. What I especially appreciate about Multiwagon is the collegial atmosphere; we are a close team in which everyone has a blue/orange heart.

My daily tasks mainly consist of selling innovative mobile concepts in the German market and maintaining relationships with our customers. The teamwork and shared vision within our company are truly visible in everything we do.

The story of Koen de vos

I work as an operations assistant at Multiwagon. My role involves supporting and coordinating day-to-day tasks in the workshop and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
In addition, I am responsible for entering and processing data and products, and I am involved in planning and administration.

The atmosphere at Multiwagon is fantastic. This is because we are a young and motivated team. Everyone is keen to help one another, and that’s what makes us strong. As a result, I felt right at home straight away.

Assistant Buyer

As an Assistant Buyer, I support the purchasing department daily, ensuring all materials for our mobile concepts arrive on time. Alongside this, I am working on my study assignment to further optimize our purchasing processes.

The atmosphere at Multiwagon already feels fantastic!

I am the Workshop Manager of a great workshop with excellent facilities. I enjoy delivering a quality product together with the other mechanics. We support each other and give advice when needed.

I work at Multiwagon as an All-round Mechanic. We, as mechanics at Multiwagon, make sure the food trailers are prepared according to the customer’s wishes. What I enjoy about my job is the variety in every order. Every day is a fun challenge to create a great end product.

The story of Sam Berenschot

During my internship at Multiwagon, I am working on an assignment in which a tuk-tuk is being converted into a fully functioning food truck. In this project, I am responsible for designing and creating the interior, so that everything is present to make the tuk-tuk work well as a food truck and fully meet the wishes of the customer.

The atmosphere at Multiwagon is very pleasant and friendly. The team consists of kind and approachable people who are always willing to help. This creates a nice working environment where you quickly feel at home. What I especially appreciate about Multiwagon is the good working atmosphere.

My expectation of this internship is that it will be an educational and enjoyable period in which I can develop myself and gain a lot of new knowledge and skills. I look forward to getting to know the team better, improving my skills, and working together to achieve a great final result for Multiwagon.

The story of Marc Retrae

I am an advisor/salesperson for our French-speaking customers. I have clients in Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and France, and even a few in the French overseas territories. I guide them through the purchase of our mobile solutions. Even after the purchase, I remain their contact person and help them with any issues. What I enjoy most is receiving feedback from satisfied customers. These can be great “action photos,” reviews, or personal messages.

I am in the privileged position of working from my home in southwest France. That is very nice, but sometimes a bit lonely. Luckily, I get to fly to the Netherlands every few weeks to spend a few days in Holten. There, I can welcome my customers in person and give them a tour of our beautiful showroom, and I also get to spend some time with my colleagues. The Friday afternoon drinks and company outings are, of course, the highlight. It is a lot of fun to spend a few days with this team of young and enthusiastic people.

Within Multiwagon, I am responsible for the design of the branded trailers. My tasks are varied and include designing custom-made decals that fully meet our customers’ wishes. I also make sure that each design is not only visually appealing but also consistent with our brand identity and that of the customer.

The story of Luuk Verbruggen

I am doing a one-year internship at Multiwagon for two days a week as a first-year student of Industrial Engineering and Management at Saxion in Deventer. During my internship, I work together with the Logistics & Operations department, where I get the opportunity to learn more about the professional field.

At Multiwagon, I experience the working atmosphere as very pleasant. It is a close and friendly team within a forward-thinking organization with a flat structure. This makes it easy to work together with different colleagues and to ask questions.

Throughout the year, I work on various assignments in cooperation with Multiwagon and help with tasks in different departments. Logistics is a field that currently interests me a lot, and I find all aspects of it interesting. I do not yet have one specific area that stands out, but I am especially looking forward to learning a lot and gaining valuable work experience.

Transporter

I have been working as a driver for three years at Multiwagon and Rollin Concept.
This is as an on-call transporter. I feel right at home here. It is an energetic company with great people. There are young people here from whom there is a lot to learn.
Hobbies: DIY, shooting club, and hiking.

As a business analyst at Multiwagon, I focus on optimising our internal processes and improving collaboration between systems and departments. I find it fascinating to explore where we can work more efficiently, where opportunities for improvement lie, and how we can design processes more intelligently – both for our colleagues and for our customers. Whether it involves improving a workflow, integrating systems or supporting decision-making with data: my aim is to create insight and facilitate change.

At Multiwagon, I’m responsible for SEO and SEA. I ensure we are easily found online and that our campaigns not only generate clicks, but also deliver real results. I enjoy working with data and always start by identifying the biggest opportunities before making any optimizations. What attracts me to Multiwagon is the combination of ambition and team spirit. There is a strong focus on growth, while also leaving room for collaboration and a positive atmosphere. This makes it a great place to be part of. In my free time, I’m very active in sports, especially kickboxing. With my Brazilian roots, rhythm and energy come naturally to me, so sitting still isn’t really my strong suit.

Since February 2024, I have been working as an HR Officer at Multiwagon. In this role, I am responsible for various daily HR activities, such as recruitment and selection, personnel administration, and supporting employees in their development. I also work on improving and streamlining our HR processes. And I help organise the best staff parties (which we have every quarter ;)!

I work as a mechanic in a young and dynamic team. In my role, I am involved daily in finishing and modifying trailers, fully tailored to the wishes of our customers. No day is the same; each trailer requires a different approach, and that makes the work varied and challenging. Together with my colleagues, we make sure that every trailer is delivered perfectly.
