Who are you?

As an AI/Data Specialist & Product Owner at Multiwagon, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining the quality of our data, building AI agents and managing our product configurator. You will work with product, CRM, stock and purchasing data to ensure information is accurate, complete and reliable. In this role, you will act as the internal point of contact for the configurator and work closely with our developer, business analyst and internal departments to translate data and AI opportunities into practical solutions.

You are an analytical and proactive professional with a strong interest in AI, data and digital solutions. You enjoy working with information, spotting errors others might miss and turning complex data challenges into clear, practical improvements. With your hands-on mindset and eagerness to learn, you like to explore new technologies and use them to make processes smarter, more reliable and more efficient.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Building, testing and maintaining AI agents that support different departments, from sales to operations.
Monitoring and improving data quality across the organization, including product data, CRM data, stock data and purchasing data.
Ensuring that data is accurate, complete and reliable, so AI agents can deliver trustworthy output.
Managing the product configurator and acting as the internal point of contact for this system.
Working closely with the developer and business analyst to connect technology, data and business needs.
Keeping up with the latest AI and data technologies and applying them to make processes smarter and more efficient.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and translating them into practical, working solutions.

You profile:

HBO working and thinking level; a diploma is a plus, but not a must.
Experience in a similar role, with a passion for organisational management challenges!
Proficient in Dutch and English.
You have a strong interest in data, AI and digital solutions.
You are analytical and accurate, with a sharp eye for details and data errors.
You work independently, proactively and always look for solutions.
You have a hands-on mentality and do not stop until the problem is solved.
You are eager to learn and enjoy working with new technologies.
You are a team player who likes working together with developers, business analysts and colleagues from different departments.

What we offer:

A salary between €2,700 and €3,500 gross per month based on full-time employment.
A company laptop.
Flexible working hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
A full-time position of 40 hours per week.
25 vacation days per year, expandable to 27 days.
