To accelerate our international growth, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager Europe. You will be the main point of contact for our largest clients and brands, with a clear understanding of how to build long-term relationships and drive revenue growth.

You build lasting partnerships, understand what our partners need, and translate those needs into concrete solutions. With your commercial insight, you identify opportunities in the market, further develop our dealer program, and ensure optimal collaboration. In doing so, you will directly contribute to Multiwagon’s growth and international visibility.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Managing and further developing relationships with existing key accounts across Europe.
Proactively acquiring new international key accounts.
Translating customer needs into impactful solutions.
Developing strategic account plans in collaboration with the Sales Manager and executive leadership.
Analyzing results and identifying market opportunities.

You profile:

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar commercial role, preferably involving international key accounts.
Strong negotiation skills and a natural relationship builder.
Excellent command of Dutch, German, and English (French is an advantage).
Proactive, analytical, and capable of operating at executive level.
Proven ability to translate strategy into concrete objectives and results.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Exact Online / HubSpot).
Strong commercial insight and experience in business development.
Flexible and self-reliant, accustomed to extensive travel across Europe.
Hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset: focused on opportunities rather than obstacles.

A salary between €2,900 and €4,500 per month based on full-time employment.
A company car suitable for business use.
Flexible working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
